Focus:

• Jennifer Wang is responsible for the overall management of our firm, including client management. She supervises many of our projects, including several large-scale public works projects, assists in the preparation of price proposals, oversees the hiring of all personnel, serves as general counsel and oversees general risk management for the firm, including the obtaining of bonds and all surety matters.

Professional Experience:

• Ms. Wang has worked extensively on projects that involve the monitoring of public and private structures, including those owned by the New York City Transit Authority, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, the New York City Department of Environmental Protection, the New York City Economic Development Corporation and the Port Authority of New York/New Jersey. She has over 11 years of experience in geotechnical instrumentation and corporate law. Prior to working with our firm, she was a partner with Farallon Law Group and an associate with O’Melveny & Myers and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton.

Education:

• Ms. Wang holds a juris doctorate from Yale University and is admitted to practice law in New York and California. She has been a member of the bar since 2000.
