Focus:

• Yee Huang is responsible for the overall management of our firm, including client management and development, and assists in the preparation of price proposals.
He supervises several of our large-scale infrastructure instrumentation projects, including several of our LIRR-East Side Access projects for the MTA.

Professional Experience:

• Mr. Huang has over 19 years of experience in civil engineering and geotechnical instrumentation. He has worked extensively on projects that involve the monitoring of public structures, including those owned by the Metropolitan Transportation Authority and the Port Authority of New York/New Jersey. Prior to joining our firm, he was a Project Manager for Skanska USA Civil Northeast. While at Skanska and at other large construction firms, Mr. Huang managed many large-scale construction and instrumentation projects, including several projects at the World Trade Center.

Education:

• Mr. Huang holds a bachelor’s of science degree in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He is a licensed professional engineer in New York.
