In addition to adhering to industry safety standards, Wang Technology provides all of
our employees with extensive training
through various in-house workshops and presentations. These meetings not only teach
our new staff the basics in construction safety,
but also provide a refresher for our experienced crew.

We also conduct mandatory Toolbox
meetings each day prior to working on our clients’ projects. These pre-work briefings allow
our crew to discuss the goals for the day and to proactively identify any potential hazards of the work.
