Project overview
Monitoring the unification of nine subway lines and the historic Corbin Building in Lower Manhattan.
The Fulton Street Transit Center is an urban infrastructure complex developed by MTA Construction & Development to unify nine historic subway lines into a single, fully accessible transit interchange in Lower Manhattan. The project encompassed the construction of a state-of-the-art central station building featuring a prominent glass oculus, subterranean pedestrian concourses, active transit line underpinning, and the structural restoration of historic heritage assets, including the landmark Corbin Building.
